Thanks to this affiliation, pediatric physicians from Children’s Hospital provide care in the inpatient areas, emergency department and Childbirth Center at Progress West Hospital. And if a higher level of specialized care (such as cancer or blood disease care) is needed, transfers are quick and seamless as your child is already in the St. Louis Children’s Hospital system.
