Send an E-Greeting

Sending an e-greeting is a great way to send a personal message to a patient in Progress West Hospital. Before you begin you will need the patient’s first name and last name if you want the e-greeting to go to a specific patient. Please also include the patient’s room number if you know it. Please note, “ to add a photo or other attachment you must use the create your own card feature".

Messages can be delivered to patients listed in the hospital directory whose status is inpatient. We apologize, but we cannot deliver messages to patients coming to the hospital for same-day surgery, outpatient or clinic visits. If the patient is no longer a patient of the hospital or is not listed in the hospital directory, the message will not be delivered.

Messages are hand delivered Monday - Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. If you submit a message outside this time or on the weekend, we will deliver your message during the next delivery window.
