Progress West HealthCare Center, BJC HealthCare's newest full-service hospital, opened its doors to southern St. Charles County and surrounding communities in 2007.

To meet the needs of young families in the area, Progress West works in partnership with St. Louis Children's Hospital. With this partnership, Children's Hospital pediatric physicians provide care in the Emergency Department, in the inpatient area, and in the Birthing Center.

St. Louis Children's Hospital physicians and Progress West's trained pediatric nurses work together to deliver the same approach found at St. Louis Children's Hospital: the comfort, security and satisfaction of children and their families are central to everything we do.
