Neurodiagnostic Testing

Using the latest technology, our experienced technicians perform neurodiagnostic testing. Board-certified neurologists interpret the results and consult with your physician. The neurodiagnostics team is focused on your comfort and well-being, providing care specific to your needs.

Computerized tomography (CT) scans or magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scans are the most common neurodiagnostic tests performed to identify neurological problems.

We offer both inpatient and outpatient testing, which also includes:

  • Electroencephalogram (EEG): This test measures and records the electrical activity of your brain by using sensors (electrodes) attached to your head.
  • Nerve conduction studies/electromyography (EMG): This test measures the electrical activity of muscles at rest and during contraction; nerve conduction study measures how well and how fast the nerves can send electrical signals.
  • Visual evoked potential (VEP): This test evaluates the visual pathways in your brain by using electrodes attached to your head.

Your physician will refer you for testing.

Appointments are available Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Same-day and next-day appointments can typically be accommodated.
